Frequently Asked Questions

Why don't I see certain apps?

Apps only appear if they're either:

  • Marked as "Public" by an administrator
  • Previously authorized by you

How do I add a new app to my Launchpad?

Ask an administrator to either:

  • Mark the app as public, or
  • Give you the direct URL to authorize it

Can I customize the order of apps?

Not currently. Apps are sorted with authorized apps first, then public apps, all alphabetically.

Is my login shared across all apps?

Yes! That's the point of Single Sign-On. One login gives you access to all your authorized applications.

How long does my session last?

Your Launchpad session lasts 24 hours. Individual app sessions depend on their own settings.
